Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through account acquisition and management
• Source and recruit top-notch technology professionals for contract and perm positions
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and placement
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain open communication to ensure successful staffing solutions
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technology advancements to provide expert advice and guidance to clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technology recruitment, specifically in SAP staffing
• Strong business development and account management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in technology recruitment
• SAP staffing experience a big plus
• European language skills a plus
