Title: SAP EAM Lead
Type: Contract
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid, On-Site Required)
Duration: 2 months + possible 12-month extension
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, configuration, testing, and training for SAP EAM projects.
• Provide strong business process knowledge in Plant Maintenance.
• Work on CS business processes, including service quotes, service contracts, service notifications, internal repairs, and field service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP EAM lead implementation, configuration, and testing.
• Strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes.
• Extensive experience in Customer Service (CS) business processes, particularly in service operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
