Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead/Manager for a project in Chicago, IL. The role involves managing and overseeing testing activities within the SAP environment and ensuring that the project meets quality standards.

Position Overview:
As the SAP Test Lead/Manager, you will be responsible for developing test strategies, managing test cases, and controlling the entire testing process. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, determine testing efforts, and monitor progress to ensure successful test execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control all testing activities within SAP
• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to estimate testing effort
• Develop and implement test strategies
• Schedule, monitor, and report on test progress
• Manage test cases and ensure alignment with project goals
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members to ensure project success

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of SAP test lead/management experience
• Strong understanding of SAP testing methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relation skills
