Job Title: Director of Solution Management (SAP)

Location: Nationwide (50% Travel Required)

Position Summary:
The Director of Solution Management will be responsible for overseeing product management and consulting efforts, ensuring that development and market requirements are met. This role involves extensive interaction with internal teams, clients, and industry analysts to drive the success of SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product management and consulting initiatives with a focus on SAP solutions.
• Manage projects and development efforts from a requirement perspective for a minimum of 10 years.
• Conduct comprehensive roll-ins of market, analyst, customer, and enhancement requirements.
• Coordinate the roll-out of product releases, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Support Analyst Relations by providing insights on product positioning and competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with Press Relations to communicate product capabilities effectively.
• Interface with Pre-sales and Value Engineering teams to support client business case templates.
• Evaluate opportunities presented by Alliance Management requirements.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and enhance service delivery.
• A finance and accounting background is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management and/or consulting, including a development role.
• At least 8 years of experience with SAP solutions.
• Proven track record in managing projects and development efforts.
• Strong client engagement experience is essential.
