We are currently seeking an experienced SAP FICO Analyst to join a dynamic organization in Seattle, WA. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and production support, with the added advantage of experience in S/4HANA migration.

Position Overview:
As the SAP FICO Analyst, you will provide comprehensive SAP FICO configuration and production support, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that business needs are effectively translated into SAP solutions. You will also be responsible for analyzing business requirements, offering solutions, and providing ongoing support for various SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on SAP FICO configuration and production support for financial modules (GL, AA, AP, AR)
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to translate business needs into SAP solutions
• Analyze business objectives, develop business requirements, and document functional specifications
• Recommend solutions to meet business requirements effectively and efficiently
• Participate in testing to ensure correct implementation of solutions
• Troubleshoot SAP FICO issues and provide ongoing support
• Collaborate with other teams for seamless integration of SAP FICO with other modules and systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP FICO configuration and support experience
• Expertise in one or more SAP FICO modules: General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Previous experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and solution documentation
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
