We are currently seeking an SAP HCM Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration and production support, specifically in Organization Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA). Position Overview:
The SAP HCM Analyst will be responsible for configuring and supporting the SAP HCM OM and PA modules. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, review, and analyze their needs, document requirements, and recommend solutions. You will also play a key role in testing and ensuring that business requirements are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on configuration and support for SAP HCM OM and PA modules
• Act as a business analyst to understand and document business requirements
• Analyze business needs, offer solutions, and ensure those needs are met
• Perform thorough testing to ensure smooth functionality
• Provide ongoing production support and troubleshooting
• Exposure to SAP HCM Benefits is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on SAP HCM OM and PA configuration and support experience
• Experience as a business analyst, including documentation and solution recommendations
• Strong testing experience
• Exposure to SAP HCM Benefits is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
