Title: IT Business Analyst - Contract-to-Hire Position
Location: Santa Monica, CA
Compensation: $55/hr

HireKraft is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a contract-to-hire position with a prestigious global organization in Santa Monica, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise effectively between business users and the IT team to ensure alignment and understanding of business needs
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the business domain, conducting knowledge transfer with testing and development teams
• Understand, review, analyze, and evaluate the needs of business partners
• Document business requirements based on organizational needs and objectives
• Recommend solutions to meet business requirements and ensure effective implementation
• Possess a solid understanding of architecture, application systems design, and integration
• Experience with SAP is a plus

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
