We are currently seeking an experienced SAP FICO professional with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on implementation, functional, and management experience. This is a managerial role (not consulting) with a well-established organization in Los Angeles, CA, offering an excellent compensation and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage SAP FICO functional and implementation tasks
• Analyze business needs and recommend solutions aligned with SAP FICO best practices
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage the functional testing of new solutions
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring smooth integration of SAP FICO solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain strong business relationships
• Utilize strong business acumen to drive the effective use of SAP FICO systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO functional, implementation, and management experience
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO best practices
• Experienced in business analysis, solution recommendation, and implementation
• Proven track record in managing UAT and functional testing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills
