Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a contract position with a prestigious global organization in the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven expertise in acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. This role will involve understanding, documenting, and analyzing business partner needs, and recommending solutions to ensure objectives are met. SAP experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between business partners and the IT team to ensure effective communication and understanding of business needs.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the business domain and facilitate knowledge transfer between testing and development teams.
• Analyze, review, and evaluate business partner requirements to identify solutions.
• Develop and document business requirements based on the organization's goals and objectives.
• Recommend and implement solutions that meet business needs and improve processes.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure solutions are delivered as expected.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively between business and IT teams.
• Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
